This monthly series is open to anyone who would like to learn about the powerful effects of meditation. We will explore fundamental techniques through guided meditation practice, breath work, gentle asana (yoga postures) and discussion. Beginners welcome, as well as experienced meditators looking to deepen their practice. We will meet the last Sunday of each month at Rock River Yoga in Boonton.
